From Ixworth's pantry (taken with permission, of course)
A zesty and flavourful beverage well suited for celebrations, birthdays, hot days in the garden (anything!) Fitz-Fizzle is a carefully guarded brownie recipe. Here's how to make it:
1 part orange juice
1 part pineapple juice
1 part ginger ale
Fresh orange slices
Maraschino cherries
The beauty of Fitz-Fizzle is it doesn't require a Rosebud to make it. Just add all the contents together in a punch bowl and there you have it!
The quantity of orange slices will vary depending on your serving size but you should cut them thin so they float (like little lily pads!). Add your cherries last — just enough to cover the bottom of your punch bowl.
A note for young children: Fitz-Fizzle is very sweet so be mindful of how much you have in one sitting or you're going to be feeling wiggly. Brownies have a very high tolerance for sweets and sugar so they're immune to its effects.
