The Extraordinary Curiosities of Ixworth & Maddox

When an unusual shop of curiosities opens in London, a chance encounter has an outcast and somewhat forgotten eleven-year-old girl befriending its proprietors, two kindly yet odd gentlemen with a secret. What ensues is a peculiar adventure filled with spells and enchantments, tiny goblin-like creatures, a centuries-old history of London magic, sinister individuals, and a quest to find a missing magician.

About J.D. Grolic

When he’s not writing, J.D. works full-time as a visual artist and has been drawing and writing for as long as he can remember. He lives near Toronto, Canada, with his partner, two children, and an assortment of animals. The Extraordinary Curiosities of Ixworth and Maddox is his debut middle-grade novel.
